From business opportunities, to products or needs that have yet to be identified. He has done this his entire life, having been an entrepreneur since he was very young. And for more than a decade he has dedicated himself to the world of real estate and financial investments, where (with Lhotse Group, the holding to which Andhy belongs) he has spearheaded several projects with his visionary approach and a common denominator: ensuring that each client not only obtains optimal results, but also experiences absolute and total satisfaction.

Juan is an industrial engineer with extensive experience in the oil industry, having worked for Repsol in a number of extremely challenging geographical locations such as Syria, Guatemala, and other parts of the world. Versatile and pragmatic, he possesses an exceptional aptitude for problem-solving, process management, and the development of innovative solutions.

Over the past few years, he has chosen to channel his experience and skills into the real estate investment sector, bringing a disruptive vision to the industry. He has systematized the entire real estate investment process at Andhy, designing and implementing efficient strategies that have propelled the company’s success and expansion.

Miguel, an industrial engineer with a Master in Business Administration, spent much of his career in large multinationals such as Repsol and Accenture. Since 2012 he has created several startups for various sectors, including one of the most important padel training platforms in the world.

For more than a decade, he has been in the real estate investment world, where his meticulous attention to detail, disciplined approach, and obsession with financial order have allowed him to optimize Andhy’s control and management processes, setting absolutely extraordinary standards of excellence for the sector.

Luis, a telecommunications engineer, is responsible for Andhy’s operations. His extensive and solid professional experience has made him the perfect person to define, control and manage the entire operations process at Andhy. He has an astute ability to detect flaws in procedures and propose effective solutions. His dedication to the optimal functioning of business activities ensures a flawless operational flow in all areas of the company.

Javier is an industrial engineer and has spent a large part of his career in major multinationals such as NTT Data, where his responsibilities primarily lay in product and service development. This experience — focused on products and services, technological marketing, and the subsequent development and commercialization of projects — has allowed him to contribute a global vision of the business with a clear orientation towards the consumer and the generation of value for all clients at Andhy.
